My passion for crafting with friends took a new direction as I began to reflect on what I truly want in the next chapter of my life. I had expected to work full-time for several more years, but sometimes, life has other plans. I was recently downsized from my full-time position, a moment that initially felt uncertain but has become a catalyst for new possibilities.
Throughout this journey, I have learned that difficult days can often lead to unexpected blessings. As I look back on the work and dedication poured into bringing my dreams to fruition, I realize that this change has provided me with the gift of time — time to dream, explore, and create anew.
The name Lorelei, rooted in a dark and legendary history, has grown to symbolize beauty, enchantment, and a touch of mystery. To me, crafting embodies this same sense of mystery and discovery — each project coming to life with its own story to tell.
This dream would not be possible without the unwavering support of my husband, Bruce. An engineer with a practical mind, he sometimes shakes his head at my creative pursuits, but I know his encouragement is a vital part of this journey. The true magic, I believe, happens when women come together to share their passions and inspire one another.
I am excited to connect with both new and longtime friends as we embrace what Lorelei represents — creativity, mystery, and community.
